1. Overview

BeatMV operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access our AI tools, including the AI Music Video Generator, AI Music Generator, AI Image Generator, AI Music Remixer, AI Cover, Add Vocals to Music, AI Instrumental Generator, AI Lyrics Generator, AI Music Extender, Vocal Remover, and Audio Cutter. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your plan's features and any remaining credits until that date. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have used fewer than 20% of your plan's monthly credits, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests made after 7 days or after using more than 20% of your credits will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2.3 Renewal Refunds

If your subscription auto-renews and you did not intend to continue, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided you have not used any credits from the renewed billing period. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.

3. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. However, if you request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and have not used any of the purchased credits, we will process a full refund. Partially used credit packs are not eligible for refunds.

4. Free Credits

Free credits provided upon registration or through promotional offers have no monetary value and are not refundable. Free credits cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash.

5. Service Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents a tool from delivering the expected output and your credits were deducted, please contact our support team within 7 days. We will investigate the issue and, at our discretion, either restore the credits used or provide a partial refund. Examples of qualifying issues include:

  • A generation that fails to complete due to a server error.
  • Output that is significantly corrupted or unusable due to a platform bug.
  • Credits deducted without any output being delivered.

Refunds or credit restorations are not available for subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated results. AI outputs vary by nature, and results depend on the inputs and settings you provide.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@beatmv.ai with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of the purchase or charge.
  • Your reason for the refund request.
  • Any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting BeatMV may result in your account being suspended. We are committed to resolving payment disputes fairly and promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
